"The Essential Marcus Miller" is only available in Europe and was conceived by Francis Dreyfus personally with Marcus. Especially for this power compilation Marcus was again in the studio in early April to record the 5-minute bonus track "Ooh" together with Lalah Hathaway and the harmonica virtuoso Gregoire Maret, known from the current Cassandra Wilson CD.
