When the Messe à l'usage des Paroisses pour les Fêtes Solennelles was published in 1690, Couperin was only 21 years old, but he had already created a masterpiece of French organ music. The charismatic Olivier Latry plays this legendary work here on the Great Organ of the Royal Chapel of Versailles, once inaugurated by Couperin the Elder in 1710.
