Born in 1979 in Luxembourg as the son of a piano teacher. Jean Muller had his first piano lessons at Conservatoire de Luxembourg when he was only six years old. at the age of 15 he began his studies in Riga, Brussels, Paris and Munich. His recordings received excellent reviews in the international classical music press and he was given the Gramophone's Critics Choice award. Jean-Claude Pennetier, president of the Concours Poulenc jury: "Everything is there: fingers, head and heart".
