Santtu conducts Strauss is a double CD with four works by Richard Strauss conducted by the chief conductor of the Philharmonia Orchestra Santtu-Matias Rouvali. Two of the four works presented here (Eine Alpensinfonie and Also sprach Zarathustra) are recordings of Rouvali's opening concert of the 2021 / 22 season, his first concert as the new chief conductor of the Philharmonia Orchestra.
