Ophélie Gaillard recently marked the spirits with his interpretation of the Cello Suites of Johann Sebastian. For this new record dedicated to Cantor of Leipzig, she met his closest colleagues in all Pulcinella and invited leading soloists: Sandrine Piau, Emiliano Gonzalez Toro, Christopher Dumaux.
The program of this CD offers a reading of the most beautiful cantatas written in Leipzig by Johann Sebastian Bach between 1723 and 1750. There is also some masterpieces from the instrumental Chorales "Schübler" and Orgelbüchlein.
