Founded in 2016, the Sypniewski Trio of sisters Magdalena, Anna and Caroline Sypniewski presents its debut album "Origines". The title stands for both the beginnings of the string trio genre and the origins of the ensemble. The program includes Purcell's fantasies for viols - intimate pieces enriched by the musicians' historically informed performance practice - alongside works by Sibelius and Beethoven's passionate Trio op. 9, no. 3.
