The internationally acclaimed Genova & Dimitrov Piano Duo is celebrating its 30th anniversary on stage in 2025 - a milestone in a career that has been marked by numerous prizes and highly acclaimed recordings. To mark the anniversary, the pianists are presenting an extraordinary project: the complete recording of all works for piano duo by Claude Debussy in three volumes - the second part is now available here. It features both famous works and rarely performed treasures, including masterful arrangements of orchestral compositions such as the famous "La Mer".
The production was created in collaboration with WDR and promises a fascinating sound experience for lovers of impressionist music. The press praised the first part of the recording and attested to the duo's ability to empathize perfectly with the French impressionist musical language.
