Rudolf Moser composed works in a wide variety of genres for different instrumentations. He was particularly interested in historical musical styles and borrowed forms and phrases, ecclesiastical compositional styles and historical instrumentation of the past. This CD concentrates on Moser's orchestral music. The compilation of works from his middle and late creative period shows a mature artist who has found his style.
