Várdai, a young Hungarian of prodigious talents, performs the complete works for cello and orchestra by Tchaikovsky. A special feature are the two versions of the famous Rococo Variations, the original “classical” version and the concert version written for virtuoso Wilhelm Fitzenhagen.
