''At the end of may my new duo album „Little Peace Lullaby“ with italian piano virtuoso Stefano Battaglia will be released by prestigious german record label ENJA!
We’ve recorded the album at the wonderful ambient of the „Glaeserne Saal“ which is part of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra’s home, the Musikverein, one of the most famous concert halls in the world.
The „Little Peace Lullabies“ are a cycle of love songs I’ve composed over the last years inspired by contemporary eastern european classical, scandinavian, mediterranean and persian music as well. It’s very subtle and fragile music.
A big honour is the album’s release in licensed format in countries like Japan and South Korea. It’s funny to see the cover of your album with asian characters on it.
Volkmar Weiss, one of the most outstanding graphic designers in Austria has again created the album’s cover!'' Ulrich Drechster
