Vincent Segal and Stéphane Kerecki, key figures on the Parisian music scene for two decades, present Ponticello, a project born from a chance meeting in the summer of 2022. They spontaneously formed a duo to combine their instruments, which quickly developed into an ambitious stage project. Here, the two musicians share their passion for jazz standards (Hampton Hawes, Scott LaFaro) and - through their own compositions - their fondness for the great classics (Bach, Messiaen, Fauré), combining influences from classical music, jazz, South American and US folklore. The two musicians had already worked together with jazz trumpeter Airelle Besson, who gladly accepted their invitation. Her great sound fits in perfectly and gives the music a new depth.
