With Brigitte Fassbaender, who reaches the age of eighty on 3 July, things are different: although she sang on stage for the last time in 1994, a career followed that filled a whole life for others: as a voice teacher, as a director, as a libretto translator and author and even as a painter

A special treasure of her first career are the recordings from the EMI archive, which are now experiencing their re-release. This icon box is considered one of the most comprehensive documentaries of Brigitte Fassbaender's artistic work, which brought the artist the ECHO KLASSIK for her life's work in 2017.
