The four great Mozart concertos on this recording date from the years 1785-1791 and are therefore among the late works of the composer, who died at an early age.
The composer's expressive palette ranges from "full of passion" to "warm contentment". The pianist Elizabeth Sombart has been awarded several national prizes for her artistry in her native France.
