The five 'Divertimenti' of Mozart for three basset-horns were born of friendship and complicity between the clarinettist Anton Stadler and the composer. The version for Reed Trio that Trielen Ensemble gives us here reveals in a radiant way how pure the lines of these pages are. It also restores freshness and inventiveness of the writing of them at every moment. These pieces - almost modestly entitled "Divertimenti" - are real gems of Mozart's chamber music, taking a unique place in his whole works.
