Brice Pauset’s hand-written manuscripts are bristling with highly detailed signs ans markings, giving the impression of “someone who doesn’t make life easy”, of “great inner disturbance” and “traces of hesitation and questioning”. Producing a strange, deep, dull yet sweet sound which has a magical effect, his music arrests one’s attention from the very start and enclose at a fell swoop the whole of space within a sphere of meditation.
