To mark its twentieth anniversary, Ligia is bringing out a new release of Jérémie Rhorer's second recording for the 'little mermaid' label, remastered in High Definition Audio as part of its CD-Catalogue 2012. Following on from the complete collection of Haydn concertos with Olivier Vernet (2 CDs), in 2002 Ligia made this new recording of the famous Requiem by Cimarosa in partnership with the "Festival de Pâques de Deauville" (Deauville Easter Festival).The "Philharmonie de Chambre" - Chamber Philharmonic - (which was not yet Le Cercle de l’Harmonie – the Circle of Harmony...) and the "Choeur de Chambre des Musiciens du Louvre" (Chamber Choir of the Musicians of the Louvre) accompanied four young solo performers at the time. These delightful young people have gone a long way since… Making it possible for young talent to bloom is precisely one of Ligia's principal raisons d’être !
