But Rossini aficionados have also been thought of: for the first time, a previously lost quintet was performed here as a world premiere, which now finally concludes the first act as Rossini once planned. The small sounding piece of music history was only rediscovered in 2012 and declared genuine after extensive research by musicologist Philip Gossett.
