Following the success of his Beethoven and Schubert recordings, Jordi Savall now presents his first album dedicated to the composers Robert Schumann and Anton Bruckner. As we have come to expect from Alia Vox, he casts a completely new light on a repertoire that has been unjustly forgotten. He begins with Robert Schumann's Zwickau Symphony, which he interprets with all his color and fervor. The Symphony No. 0, which on the manuscript is actually by Bruckner, also fascinated Jordi Savall with its spiritual dimension, which he recreates with his usual attention to detail.
