This new album follows a first, groundbreaking recording of the cello suites that Jean-Guihen Queyras made 17 years ago, and is the result of years of collaboration between the musician and choreographer Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker (over 100 international performances of the production Mitten wir im Leben sind). Queyras is characterized by this artistic connection with dance, whereby he is always inspired by the sources. Today, he is ready for a new look at his work.
